It is possible for users of the Bitcoin network to treat all transactions sent to the Bitcoin network as so called Instant Transactions.

An instant transaction is a transaction where a receiving party can take and use the payment funds in a new transaction immediately upon receipt. This is a property of all transactions sent to the Bitcoin network.
