Invalid block

If a node proposes a block that fails validation tests, the proposal is ignored and other nodes continue trying to produce a valid block.

The block may fail the validation test for numerous reasons including failing a consensus rule, overallocation of bitcoin via the block reward, or containing an invalid transaction.
